A tenant born to a Monegasque parent

A tenant divorced from a Monegasque and who had at least one child born of this union
A tenant born in Monaco and who has lived there since birth.
The apartment can only be rented with a lease of at least six years, which can only be terminated by the tenant. Under certain working conditions that make the entire apartment unusable for the tenant, the landlord can terminate the lease.
